Shipping policy
How and when your order reaches you.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping schedule
Products are shipped from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with the exception of public holidays.
Carrier and destinations
Shipments are dispatched from our facilities via CTT, by registered mail, to mainland Portugal, the islands, and the rest of the European Union.
Shipping cost
The cost is calculated at checkout, according to the CTT price list and the destination. For orders over €30 within Portugal, shipping is free.
International shipping
For shipments outside of Portugal, the customer is responsible for any customs fees.
In-person collection
Those residing in Lisbon can collect their order at our premises, with no shipping costs.
